Just Pros usually meets the first and third Saturday of every month from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM except when we don’t. 😉 (I know what you are thinking...8:30 AM! Seriously?! Yes, but once you get there you won't regret it. You are also thinking - 3 HOURS?! I thought the same thing and am shocked every week when the time flies by!) "The thing I love the most about Just Pros is the amazing cast of characters that willfully assembles so early on a Saturday. Also, the stage in the theatre at the Justice Institute is truly addictive and inspiring."

We usually meet at Bernie Legge Theatre in Queens Park, New Westminster, except when we don’t. 😉 There are occasions when we are not able to use the theatre due to a production, so please see the Home page of this website for location. Alternate locations are Douglas College - Room N2203 or the Bandshell in Queen's Park.

Meeting format
Just Pros meetings are a little different from a regular Toastmasters meeting. We have many of the same roles and goals, but with a few twists.
- Minimum speech time is 15 minutes (regular Toastmasters clubs are 5-7 minutes)
- Maximum speech time is 45 minutes (with longer times possible if timing permits)
- Evaluations include an assigned evaluator and an open floor round-robin deep dive
- Table Topics (impromptu speeches) are 15 minutes (regular Toastmasters clubs are 1-2 minutes)
